How to change your password

You can change your Radio Cult password in two different ways.

Resetting your password

If you’re able to login to Radio Cult and simply want to reset your password, please complete the following steps:

1. Navigate to Radio Cult - https://app.radiocult.fm/.

2. Click the Your profile (avatar icon) button on the right hand side of the top navigation bar.

3. From the dropdown menu, click the Reset password button.

4. Enter the email address associated with your Radio Cult account, then click the Send link button.

5. An automatic email will be sent. If you do not receive it please check your junk mail folder. This will contain a verification code.

6. Enter the verification code contained in the email, then click the Continue button.

7. Enter your new password into both the Password and Confirm password inputs, then click the Reset password button.

Your password will be reset and you’ll be able to login into your Radio Cult with your new password.

If you’ve forgotten your password and are unable to access your Radio Cult account, please complete the following steps:

1. Navigate to the Sign in page - https://app.radiocult.fm/sign-in

2. Click the Forget password? button.

3. Enter the email address associated with your Radio Cult account, then click the Send link button.

4. An automatic email will be sent. If you do not receive it please check your junk mail folder. This will contain a verification code.

5. Enter the verification code contained in the email, then click the Continue button.

6. Enter your new password into both the Password and Confirm password inputs, then click the Reset password button.

Your password will be reset and you’ll be able to login into your Radio Cult with your new password.
