How to schedule a recording for playback

In this article, we'll explain how to schedule a recording for future playback.

To schedule a recording for playback, the recording must first be copied to your media library.

Navigating to the recordings page

To navigate to the Recordings page:

1. Click the Media option in the top navigation bar, and
2. Then click the Recordings option, which is contained in the left hand side menu.

Copying recording to your media library

To copy a recording to your media library, please complete the following steps:

1. Identify the piece of media within the Recordings table you want to copy to your media library, and
2. Hover your mouse over the row the recording corresponds to.

Next please complete the following steps:

1. Click the row's Actions (...) button (the button is positioned in the table column closest to the right hand side of your screen),
2. The Actions dropdown menu should appear. Click the Copy to your media library button.

The recording will now begin copying to your media library.

Once the recording has been copied over to your media library, you can schedule it for playback as you would any other piece of media in your media library.
