What is a pre-record event

A pre-record event takes a single audio file and plays it for the duration of the event.

As the name suggests, this event type is geared towards pre-recorded shows. It's best used when you, or your hosts, DJs and presenters, are recording your shows locally for play out at a later date.

It is possible to schedule a pre-record event with no media. Use this technique when you know you have an upcoming show but

don't yet have the file ready.
